Create a Page post
To create a post, you must be a super or content Page admin.
You can post text, images, videos, and documents to engage with your Page’s followers. You can post and repost information like organization news, promotions, relevant industry articles, member posts that mention your organization, videos, and employee recognition. A variety of formats are supported, including text, URLs, images, documents, YouTube videos, and video files.

Edit a Page post
Super admins and content admins can edit Page posts they’ve sponsored from the post. The associated ad will go through the review process again, and the status will be changed from paused to active. The original version of the ad might be visible to your Page followers while it goes through the review process again.
You must have access to the ad account associated with the Sponsored Content to edit the post.

At this time, edits can only be made to text, URLs, mentions, and hashtags in your Page post.

If the post has been sponsored, your Page must have at least 500 followers or 50 employees associated with it to have Sponsored Content editing capabilities. If editing is available for your Page, super and content admins can edit all posts.
Pages that are associated with at least one enterprise ad account have Sponsored Content editing capabilities regardless of follower and employee count.

Deleting a post from your LinkedIn Page can have several implications:
- Not Reversible – When you delete a post from your LinkedIn page, it is permanently removed and won’t be visible to your followers or anyone visiting your Page. This action cannot be undone. But the deleted post might still appear in other places on LinkedIn if a member has the direct URL to the post.
- Loss of Engagement - Any likes, comments, or shares associated with the post will be lost. This means that any interaction or engagement generated by the post will be removed.

When you post or repost on your Page, the post is visible to all LinkedIn members from the Posts feed of your Page. Your Page followers can also see your post in their LinkedIn feed where they can comment on, react to, or repost it. Once a member engages with your post, their network can also see the post on their feed. You can view your post notifications and engagement from the Activity page of your admin view.

Posts will display on your Page and on your followers’ LinkedIn feeds based on each member’s LinkedIn profile settings. As an admin, you can view Page posts from the left menu when you go to the super or content admin view of your Page. You can boost posts directly from this tab to increase visibility of Page posts.
If you're unable to find a post:
- Another Page admin might've deleted the Page post.
- It could've been removed because it violates LinkedIn Page Terms.
- Page posts display in your Page admin view for up to one year, or up to 500 Page posts. If you don’t see your older posts in the main view, they might still be available in specific tabs or in member view.

After you publish a post on your LinkedIn Page, you can view the number of Page viewers and Followers gained from the post in the Post analytics section. You’ll also find impressions and members reached under the Organic discovery section. The Organic engagement section displays metrics such as click-through rate, reactions, comments, and reposts, along with the overall engagement rate.
To view the Page post analytics:

Go to your Page Admin view.

Select Page posts in the left pane.

Choose the post you want to see the analytics for and click Preview results dropdown.

On the Page posts tab, you can filter and review all posts that have been boosted, including posts boosted from your Page or from Campaign Manager. You can also review posts that are eligible for boosting under the Published tab of Page posts, but you won’t be able to filter posts that are eligible for boosting.
